Hello,
I am thinking this is a case of extreme Machine Doubling. Does this sound right or am I missing something? I think it's pretty neat looking though.

Yes, I have seen this extreme MD before on a Kennedy. Larger coins are more prone to MD, and more extreme MD. I personally would like to find one that is this affected.
