Crack goes through a worn spot on Lincoln's head and continues on almost to his collar /9marked with blue arrows). Another minor crack is marked with yellow arrows.

Nice cracked up find! 94's and 95's were infamous for RIDB's. I would say yours was just very slightly too early a die to make that jump, close though. I had a couple of listings for this year.
