I'll say VG details (cleaned), but I don't feel strongly about this, just a hunch.

My eyes acccording to pcgs photograde puts this at F-15 at best on this better date

Might have an old cleaning that began to retone...

when you have a highly circulated coin that may have had a cleaning decades back and retoned, its difficult to call what a TPG would say. it could go either way. my best guess is that it would go straight.

looking at both sides I think the reverse is better and may grade as high as VF20. obverse F15. the overall appearance of the coin could push it to VF20. it could go either way

I'd say F-12, with no serious hits or obvious defects.
It's an inexpensive coin in lower grades, not worth a grading fee. I've found many similar examples in my local dealer's generic Walker bin priced at $15 or a bit less.
