Purchased This 1876 Philadelphia Centennial Exposition Medal At A Local Antique Mall. Worth Grading?

Is this coin/medal worth grading? It has a spot on the side of the coin and the back. I could not upload the full photos, I had to crop and resize them to fit the upload rules. I have no idea if it is even MS or AU quality, but it looks decent, and I have never sent in coins to either NGC or PCGS before. I usually buy graded coins on ebay or at coin shops. Yours appears to be the bronze version and is quite common with approximately 13,000 struck. Your call of course to pay to have it certified, but the cost of doing so will exceed the current numismatic value of the medal.
