i cant tell if its that one but I will keep it since there is only one list on coppercoins and it is a rpm right?

The site's image doesn't show the tops of the date to do an overlay. But the location yours looks further south? Chuck may want it sent in. Let's see what he says about it.

Yes, definitely an RPM, and ALL RPMs from 1983 are scarce! That's definitely not the lighting, and yes, I would like to see that one. But send it first class this time. No need to send it faster.

Chuck, on your site I see an 83 rpm that's valued at 1$ in Fine. I would think that an rpm on an 83 being scarce would give it a higher value.

For a 1983 cent to be in fine condition, it would have to have gone through an excessive amount of non-ordinary wear. In that grade it would be one of the lowest grade examples known, making it virtually worthless.

In other words, 99% of all 1983 cents are either damaged and non-collectible anyway or are well above VF in condition. Almost all examples I see in my searches are either EF or AU, if not uncirculated. The F condition part of the scale on the site was intended mainly for earlier coins.
