I'll say that obverse scrape holds it to MS-62.

I was at the 62/63 line but lean 62 for the mottled look and marks.

the obv eye appeal is on the lower end with fingerprints all over the coin and all the blotchy spotty toning. because of that its difficult to determine if there is any light wear on any of the devices but looking at the reverse I'm not seeing any so I think the coin is MS

i would typically call this MS63 due to minimal number of marks on the coin but the eye appeal imo will hold it to MS62. its not common to see a + on lower end MS coins but it is close to 63. value wise MS62 $

I'd say this is an MS-63 with unattractive toning. Some hits on the cheek, but not enough to drop it to a 62, IMO.
