I'll say MS-65RD, shot at 66.

Very nice. I'd go with MS65, possibly MS64+. Shadow(s) in lower bust area might conceal rash marks--cant quite tell.

theres a lot more fine hairlines on the coin than first observed. some on the face and the ones on the shoulder occasionally are die related but there are others here that are not. all across the reverse you can see the hairlines some crossing over quite a few letters.

I'm at MS63+RD maybe 64 outside chance

I paid a penny for it but it's crazy it's only worth a couple bucks in the Red Book being 100+ years old, I need to have a talk with David Bowers.

Nice fields, no major hits. 65RD and 66 if the eye appeal and luster are strong.
