Appears to be some lamination issues. Obverse has hints of early stage Die Deterioration. With a well-circulated '55 Wheat cent like the one pictured, one might find something similar in a coin shop's Wheat cent bin for 15 to 25 cents. A hard core/crazed collector of Wheat cent lamination examples might pay 50 cents to a buck for this one.
