Technically it looks VG. If it went F12 it would be because of the even, honest wear and a good overall appearance.

P.S. Try to image your coin with a bit less intense lighting.

I'm going with VG10+. i'd call the rev F12 and the obv is borderline so there is a shot at it

Also, you should be able to find a better example of that date. The reverse rims are pretty weak and the lighting does make it look potentially cleaned.
