Looks like scans instead of photos which are not as clear. It does look MS. Could be MS-64.

photos are not sharp enough to determine wear. from what I can see th cotton balls and surrounding leaves are showing wear on the high points as well as the eagle wing tips. i'll call it a slider at AU58
