all the spots on the reverse are indicative that the coin was either cleaned prior or something was splashed on the coin to affect the surfaces. AU details (Cleaned)

Definitely cleaned in the past, with AU Details, may straight grade but I wouldn't purchase it as choice. Not bad if the price is right.

Thanks for the feedback everyone.

The spotting on the reverse reminds me of the 1817 CBH that I posted sometime ago where acetone removed something that looked to have been splashed on the surface at some point and once removed left behind un-toned shiny spots on the surface.

Normally I do a thorough search of sold listings across multiple sites when interested in a particular coin, can't believe I didn't see this previously.
