Looks like PMD. the bottom of the eight should be partially filled for the variety

Maybe I am wrong but it I can see a small filling in the botom of the eight in addition to the right side of the upper side

I don't see evidence of the 7 in the bottom loop.Here's what it should look like.

I tried to put the eight in black and white so the details and cavities may be more visible I don't know if the pic is beneficial

The bottom hole in the 8 is quite round on your coin, maybe a little flat on the bottom, which is not consistent with the overdate that Zurie posted.
