Ariette Valued Member United States 295 Posts	Posted 07/15/2024 10:53 pm These are not proofs and, as far as I can tell, have no value above face value. Modern proofs (1968 and later I believe) should have an S mint mark, which these do not. Report this Post to the Staff

Sharks Pillar of the Community Canada 1759 Posts	Posted 07/16/2024 11:57 am @Vmariec1 Appear to be normal 1990 & 1983 business strike cents. In this case, the lack of mint mark indicates the cent was minted at the Philadelphia mint. The rare 1990 cent is the 1990 no S mint mark Proof cent.
