I found this during my roll searching today. I'd like to get a sense of what you all think about it (scarcity, value, garbage, whatever).

The obverse shows a small date with a die chip along the stem of the 6 in the date. You can also see a die chip in the R in LIBERTY. See the close-ups of each of these.

The reverse shows a die chip at the inside top of the O in ONE. You can also see a die chip in the middle horizontal stem in the E in ONE. It may be a trick of the light, but maybe there is a die chip along the front leg of the R in AMERICA. Again, see the close-ups of each.

I have my doubts about the possible die chip in AMERICA.

So, what are some of your thoughts?

Thanks,

Numie

Nice Die Chips, on the obverse. The 1960 Small Dates were plagued by Die Chips.

I see 2 prominent die chips - one on the 'R' of liberty, sometimes referred to the "Skirted R" and a nice chip on the 6. both are fairly common. not very scarce or valuable.
Not necessarily junk though - some folks collect die chipped coins.

oh, missed that one on the 'O' of one, not usually seen chips there, but the 1950's and 60's cent coins are usually riddled with die chips.

to the CCF. These are good examples of Die Chips. Not really worth anything, but certainly not junk, in my opinion.

Might double check the MM. Location and die chips seem similar to 1960d-1mm-137 listed on on Coppercoins. Thanks, Doug.

The more chips the merrier.
I'm in my phone so I can't tell if there's an extra bar under the L(LIBERTY).

Nice die chip on the small date and "skirted" R to boot.
