A bit difficult to assess accurately given the posted pics. Yes, proof coins are a bugger to photograph, especially when they're still in their packaging (as this one appears to be). That said, it looks to fall in the PR67-68 range.

Thank you for your input. Ya sorry about that. I had put the coin in a binder I got to protect my coins. I should really take them out to take pics. Sorry about that. I'll post a new picture in a minute of it out of the binder. No I actually found this coin in a roll from the bank. That's why I was a little shocked to find it.

Maybe PR-67 at best.

Hard to tell, but there may be traces of fingerprint oils that would lower this one to an impaired proof. Great find in a bank roll, but overall value is quite small.

Where that might be, and trust me I considered that and was thinking that it might be a lot of pictures... However that comment is completely unrelated to the inquiry I asked about. And my apologies, I'm practically blind. Have a bad stigmatism and it's hard for me to see, especially when I was trying to choose the pictures to add since they're even smaller and couldn't enlarge them when I was picking them out. I wanted to make sure I got good enough pictures and show all the details or any possible area of the coin that would impact a decision. And since professionals who do grade coins are VERY painstakingly thorough and particular. Going over every fine detail... I figured the more pictures and better idea of what the coin actually looks like in total would be helpful and best. Sorry also a little OCD... Can't help myself, I'm very particular, a little obsessed and very finicky about details and specifics. I don't mean to irritate anyone. Plus I must admit I'm kinda obsessed and loving the way it seems to glow a bright blue in areas. I'm a little mesmerized. If you think this is bad however, you don't want to see what happens when I start taking pictures of the sky and clouds!&

Sent2theworld, Your coin is an impaired proof. As to photos, always start out with one full coin pic obverse and one full coin pic reverse as well as one or two close ups as needed. If we need more pics we will ask. There is never a need for more than 4 photos to start out with. John1

PR55 (I see wear near LIBERTY on the obverse and near ONE on the reverse)

Grading a modern proof coin from pictures is darn near impossible.

I see PF55 and 65 mentioned but not the word impaired. So that coin would straight grade? John1
