2017 D Obverse/Reverse Penny Errors

I saw a couple of errors beside the obvious one and would like to see what you think. Also, was this a mint or PM error. Thank you for your time. ( PMD) It may be a Dryer Coin, or someone has filed through the copper plate and into the zinc core. If you weigh it, I'm sure it will be under weight due to the loss of metal.
