Very nice coin, the coin is off center a bit and some of the inscription is missing. The bust has a lot of detail and looks to be EF. There is still some dirt on the reverse but it has good detail also and is VF. The mint is Thessalonica. This is not a rare coin so value in this condition would be about $25.

echizento- Thanks for confirming the mint for me. Honestly, the coin looks better in real life since my scanner is not the best when it comes to ancients. I paid $20, so I guess I got a good deal.

It looks fairly original, a nice Fine+ coin by ancient grading standards I suppose. By luck, this happens to be one of the few ancient types I also own:

Prethen- Very nice coin! Honestly I think that mine may be a VF or better. My scanner just makes ancients look terrible. Would you have to know the meaning of the reverse design?

From what I seem to recall about the reverse, I believe it's Jupiter presenting something (an orb of some sort?) to Licinius. I think some of the people on this board are much more educated on this than I am.

It's Jupiter holding Victory on a glode and scepter with an eagle at his feet.
