Need Some Opinions On My New Licinius Bronze

Also, I believe that this one bears the mintmark of Thessalonica. Is this indeed so? Any help/ input would be appreciated! echizento Moderator United States 23731 Posts	Posted 05/01/2009 10:54 pm Very nice coin, the coin is off center a bit and some of the inscription is missing. The bust has a lot of detail and looks to be EF. There is still some dirt on the reverse but it has good detail also and is VF. The mint is Thessalonica. This is not a rare coin so value in this condition would be about $25. Report this Post to the Staff

Prethen Pillar of the Community United States 3234 Posts	Posted 05/05/2009 09:08 am From what I seem to recall about the reverse, I believe it's Jupiter presenting something (an orb of some sort?) to Licinius.
