1940-S Wheat Cent Retained Cud Cherrypicked From Ebay! (Rcd-1c-1940-S-53r VLDS)

CoinCollector2000 Pillar of the Community United States 2563 Posts	Posted 07/29/2024 7:27 pm It has been many years since I was truly active on this website (seemingly since 2019), but the coin bug has bitten me again and I just may go with it again for a while! I cherrypicked this coin off of ebay for $6 and it turned out to be a very nice Retained Cud that I believe to be RCD-53R on Cuds-on-Coins but in a much later die state with more cracks. It's good to be back and maybe some of you will remember me. College got crazy then work got crazy and now I have finally settled down a little bit and can explore this great hobby again.
