I checked my catalogs for several countries without a match.
Plain reverse.
Didn't recognize a date and rotation may be wrong.

I know Frank very well, and as a matter of fact, a coin buddy out east suggested the very same thing.
I figured Frank was busy tied up with auction results so I didn't bug him about it.
I have a dubious coin of interest in Frank's auction I hope to win.

Ah yes good point. You are right that his auction just ended (and with me being outbid on an early Irish Penny) so it make take him a bit to respond.

I did not have Palembang specifically in mind, and I did not have Frank's page for those coins in mind.
So thank you for prompting me to look in the right place.
I did check that page and will look for a match later tonight as I am presently working on a pair of doubtful Vietnam coins for those project album pages.
Also book marked Frank's Palembang page to add to my references.
