I'm trying to learn a bit about attributions but there's so much to dig through and things can be quite confusing for a novice. I'm giving it a try on these, if anyone would be kind enough to reiview my work I'd appreciate it. (I know the rule is one coin per post but these are kind of the same so I'm bending the law a bit - forgive me) Researched on Cuds-on-coins 1) RIDB-1c-1955-04 large crack on head and crack through the jacket
I'll just respond to the first coin--yes, cracked skull and lower bust die crack. Too, you have what is known as a 'poor man's doubled die'--a Die Deterioration issue. Note the last 5 in the date.
Thanks All ! Baby steps... it's a long hard journey.
Errers and Varieties...the one I felt most sure of was the RIDB...04 due to the lower bust die break marker. Is it another number or does it not qualify at all for some reason?
