It's definitely a proof strike, so agree the value would not justify grading.

Appears to be a proof coin. Although it is a very nice specimen, I agree with others that this coin is not worthy of submission to a TPG.

Well it's Proof not MS. So of course it is well struck but hard to grade a proof from pictures.
