Looks like MDD to me. Plus the MM is not in the correct position.

Even if it resembles a known variety the mintmark has to be in the exact location.

Don't see much difference, actually my picture looks more like a RPM than the picture on VV. weird.

MD not an RPM.
Notice on yours how the tops of the numbers are shifted down a bit just like it is on the mint mark.That's MD.

I don't see an rpm and as it was mention before the mint mark has to be in the exact position as the the one in VarietyVista .

It's vaguely similar but needs to be spot-on exactly the same. You always have the option to
submit it and maybe have it recognized as a new RPM. However ,as stated above your coin looks like Machine Doubling, not an RPM.
