Interesting. Are those linear features slightly raised, or sunken (incuse)? That 'enclosed' area almost looks like a thin layer of clear tape--almost...

I can't quite tell which it is. I keep flopping back and forth.
Try a soak in acetone to see if it goes away.

Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
