Neat combo. Could be a Die Dent or a Feeder Finger Damage, on the reverse.

Hmmm...could be Feeder Finger Damage. That might be a better fit than a dent.

The "die dent" looks like a hit to me. A die dent would be raised on the coin and in that pic it looks indented.
