I don't see this one listed on Coppercoins. It seem to be slightly tilted. Could it be a new one, or to minor?

If you can get photos like that one of the markers on the coin I can publish your images directly. No need to see the coin in hand. This is a rare case.

I would have assumed the copper plating just shifted.....

Pay close attention to the serifs- the top is shifted up and to the right and the bottom one is notched
