I have never seen a Dryer Coin where the edge is not raised equally on the REV and the OBV. Not sure what this is?

Might be a Dryer Coin but it is PMD and not a mint error.

to the CCF Looks more like someone has sanded off the rim of the reverse and the edge all the way around and left the obverse intact.
