Ive attached some photos of a 1991 D penny with pretty good indications of the mintmark being doubled or possibly tripled. It also appears to follow the Wexler's double die version of the 1991-D WDDO-001. Have not found where NGC or PCGS lists a 1991 D penny with mintmark errors. Any assistance or guidance is always appreciated from the community. Should this coin go somewhere for further evaluation?

Thanks as always.

Called zinc rot or gas bubble, look at the tiny volcano next to the L in liberty, it is a small bubble of gas between copper coating and zinc.
