I think because of the high mintage 30m+...they are sometimes discarded...
Nice coin...couple of hits on the bridge of the nose and neck...couple of hits on the Eagles feathers...
Looks like nice luster...

The rims sure are flat on this one. I can see it at MS-63 though.

AU 58 , slight obverse rub as evidenced by
what appear to be minimal album slide marks
across the face of Liberty.
This has been dipped a few times as well.
Starting to get that washed out lustre look .
