Find an undamaged Lincoln Cent and lay it on top of the coin in question and then underneath it. See if there are any noticeable deviations. I don't know about .05 part, but it is definitely 19 not 20. rim is consistent with a new coin upon visual comparison. Thank you all Report this Post to the Staff
