This looks odd to me. At first, just an off center strike but is different. It's like off center with very misaligned dies?

Both sides misaligned not only with each other but with the collar? Is there a misaligned collar error?
Ah, It's a misaligned die with a rotation error.

Both dies are misaligned. Initially looks like an off-center, but that can't happen in 2 different directions.

Is the diameter with in specs? If not, might check the edge for anything unusual. Thanks, Doug.

As I already commented on Joe Cronin's Facebook group, this is an ordinary off-center strike. The obverse design is offset toward the northwest while the reverse design is offset toward the southwest. This is what you see with any coin struck in coin alignment when you flip it from north to south.

Mike, Are these images accurately showing the polarity of the misalignment? (If that is the correct term?) If so, please help me understand why this isn't a dual misalignment. Thanks in advance.

It's easier to determine the direction of offset on the reverse because the internal margin of the unstruck crescent is clear throughout. It's more difficult on the obverse because the internal margin of the unstruck crescent fades out and disappears clockwise of 3:30. I would draw the obverse line extending from around 10:30 to 4:30. That's less vertical than the line on the reverse. So, I have to modify my original opinion that this is an ordinary off-center strike. But rather than a dual misalignment, it seems more likely that we're looking a slight rotated die error in combination with an off-center strike.
