As noted above by @thq for future reference the only date that PCGS puts the word Morgan on the label is the 1921 Morgan to differentiate it from the Peace dollar. There are a number of these fake PCGS slabs with different dates with the word Morgan on the label.

Thank you all for your replies and input. I knew to look out for the Chinese fakes when buying raw. I had no idea they were now faking holders too. Will chalk this up as a learning experience as I will be able to get my money back through ebay buy protection. I have reported the sale to PCGS as well. I do not think the seller knew it was counterfeit as he paid over $100 to send it to me registered mail fully insured. Again, appreciate the wealth of knowledge. I am learning more as continue to collect. You all are the best, even when the bearers of bad news

Found the listing on ebay. This seller has minimal feedback and only one for a sold item (possibly this one). It's risky to purchase from a seller with this level of (in)experience, especially for such a high-value item. Better to stick with established, more trustworthy dealers.
