We all know the famous eagles depicted on U.S. gold coins Do you think they are the best or have they surpassed them? Examples of gold eagles from the U.S.   Spain has brought out its Iberian Imperial Eagle in 2024 and the details are quite good.   |

My vote would be the reverse of the classic $10 Indian gold eagle.

As far as what is my favorite eagle depicted on a gold coin, it would either be the reverse of the Indian $10 Eagle as Coinfrog noted, or the obverse of the 1987 Constitution $5 Half Eagle as AcesKing posted. I also like the natural look of the eagles on the obverse of the 2008 Bald Eagle $5 coin.

Okay, My monitor is good! I like the eagle on the Standing Liberty quarter, My 2016 is at the bank with no picture of reverse.  |
