apa36 New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 09/09/2024 10:42 pm Almost blew past this one, used to thinking no visible mint mark means it's just a Philly. Doesn't look like someone tooled the mark down. Not enough wear on the surrounding features to just be wear, is it? I've read of grease build up, but this localized, and not affecting the rim or ribbon? Not seeing anything else like this online in these years.
