A pretty normal straight clip found in a wheat bag last night. But notice that the obverse shows very nice Blakesley effect, while the reverse shows very little. This effect is good for nailing down legit clips, but on some coins it just isn't there. So just because you don't see it doesn't mean the clip is a fake.
Thanks folks! It's interesting that in almost every big bag of circulated wheats there are still a couple minor clips hiding, but this one surely was spotted and pulled out back in the day yet somehow ended up back in a mixed bag. Okay by me!
