1993 Penny Error Or PMD? Top Of Letters In United Blurred To The Rim

Would appreciate advise on this one. I noticed that the top of the letters of United appear to be blurred or pulled toward the rim. It's also slightly noticeable on the first few letters of States as well.

Looks like Die Deterioration or worn die.. No extra value. My opinion but the experts will reply soon.

Very likely a Die Deterioration issue--can't be 100 positive with the pics posted.

Looks like a Die Deterioration issue. The die that struck your coin was wearing out. No value unfortunately.
