1993 Penny Error Or PMD? Top Of Letters In United Blurred To The Rim

AllenM New Member United States 9 Posts	Posted 09/18/2024 12:59 pm Would appreciate advise on this one. I noticed that the top of the letters of United appear to be blurred or pulled toward the rim. It's also slightly noticeable on the first few letters of States as well. Report this Post to the Staff
