West Point Mint with the V75 privy mark. Great coin, it would be a keeper in my book.

Mintage: 2,000,000. All released into circulation, mixed with "normal" quarters. Keeper in my book. Salt River Bay is a U.S. Virgin Islands quarter, not Connecticut.

"W" quarters always have a premium. Circulated examples go for $5 to $10 on ebay, which isn't bad for a clad quarter.

As time marches on, the W quarters are disappearing from circulation. I think I've only found one this year.

Fortunately, circulated W coins can still be bought for a few dollars over "face" on ebay and slabbed Unc coins can be had for $20-25. They are still pretty popular! I bought about 25 loose W quarters from a local dealer about a year ago for less than 100$. Complete those 10 coin sets while you can as they are part of the ATB set and no set is "complete" without them!

I like em!

Nice find and worth more than face value. The only ones worth a decent amount are the high-grade ones.
2x2 worthy.
