The €10 and €20 pieces are not commemorative coins but collector coins. Unlike the circulation pieces and the commemorative €2 coins, such silver and gold coins are legal tender in the issuing member state only. In some euro countries silver collector coins can be had at face value, in others there is a (sometimes hefty) surcharge, as in the US. These ones are proof pieces and cost €36 and €55 respectively.
@Banjax: If you purchased both, that should have been €90 ... ah well, plus shipping.

Design wise, I like the 2007 and 2008 issues better. Maybe because this one does on one hand follow the design of the Ploughman notes but on the other hand "reduces" the original design a little too much.
