1942 Nickel Die Chip, Lamination Error, Or PMD?

micrba New Member United States 28 Posts	Posted 09/24/2024 12:27 am Hello everyone! It has been a while since I've been on here and since I've looked through my coins. After getting back into things, I found this nickel which has an interesting mark on the dome of Monticello. Part of it is raised, and there are multiple depths to the mark. I haven't yet seen PMD like this before, so I thought to ask the experts! What do you think this is? Report this Post to the Staff
