While this coin looks like it could be an AU, with a lot of luster, the entire Obverse and Reverse surfaces have discolorations.
Your thoughts?

Discoloration most likely due to to unknown environmental exposure. Just a bullion coin.

The tonining is not that bad and it is still a silver coin, so do not spend it.

It's just toning from environmental exposure. Still a keeper, since it's 90% silver.

the toning is not that bad, but this coin being an AU coin? most likely not, but you didn't present the reverse side of this coin - I usually judge a quarter by the breast feathers on the reverse side. the feathers will start to wear down first and more noticeably there then anywhere else.

Please try to crop your images before posting the maximize the image of the coin and not the background.
