There are very fine lines above and below the memorial. Are these die chips and polishing scratches?

This one looks to me like a 1983;-) I know that Chuck has the range, how Close AM I as to the date?

It is a i985 and the obverse doesn't show anything but a bunch of what look like polish lines.

Probably in the areas where the reverse die touched the fields with it's devices.
