Ive attached a few photos of this 2001 D Penny showing extra material starting around Lincoln Eye Lid and going beyond nose. Also, the D mint mark seems possible to be doubled? Any suggestions as always welcome.

Much appreciated from the coin community.

The nose looks like a linear trail gas bubble. The mint mark,if you are thinking it might be an RPM. In what year did they stop RPMs on cents?, that would answer your question whether or not it is an RPM.

Thanks for guidance. Seems the date of this coin is beyond the end of practice for repunched mint marks.

Keep looking and researching.

Linear plating bubble on the nose. Not seeing any doubling, on the mint mark.
