Yes on the BIE. Possibility of a die crack in Abe's scalp--can't quite tell for sure. This piece will likely run in the AU58-MS62 range--given the posted images.

all the photos look different so its difficult to tell which one is what the coin looks like in hand.
appears to have some rub on the cheek and jaw and the hit on the shoulder is going to keep it under 65 along with the weaker strike.
low to mid MS would be my guess on it. MS62 maybe 63
