I am struggling to figure out which RPM this might be. I would say it's a northeast RPM but I am hoping someone might be able to help me out by identifying which one it is. I've looked at a couple of the sites and I'm struggling to figure out the right one.

Thank you in advance

Looks like MD.

I agree, this just looks to be MD. Flat and shelflike doubled area.

Doubling to the northeast is just Machine Doubling, but maybe one of the extremely minor RPMs with a split lower serif.

The top of the mint mark shows Machine Doubling.

Rpm-012 or 05 are the closest from Varietyvista.... 012 also has the DDR check that out with markers on the obv.

Not saying it is a rpm, just that I can't explain it away by saying MD although I do see what the others are seeing/saying.

A wise man told me to check mintmark location first to see if it matches before worrying about the die markers.

@ Marze65 those 2 have the closest location of the mint mark as the posters. Since it's not my cent, just thought I'd let him do the leg work.
