... those do look like air bubbles that can occur, & they raise the copper plating, giving such an appearance ... they don't really add any value to the coin ... although someone may give a few bucks for really glaring examples ...
...there are topics here that explain what true minting errors are, & which ones carry any premium (some do not, such as ' Machine Doubling', lamination bubbles, & others...)
