I found more interesting discoveries about the 1975 Lincoln Cent; this time "E" is missing in the word "-. Pluribus" Is this normal?

May be a Grease Filled Die issue.

Also, that part of the rev design is directly opposite to the bottom of Abe's bust and so metal can flow into that part of the design at the expense of STATES and EPU.

Hi, could it also be an over polishing of the coin in the drying process?

Spence calls it - the problem of not striking up in that exact area is a very common occurrence on copper Lincoln cents.

Agreed--only worth face value, but if it helps you in the future to understand what you are looking at, then well worth saving as a reference coin.
