I'm thinking not, but the lighting makes it difficult to be sure. Commonly found on this date.

@girl, I see that you have posted this in the grading subforum, but your question seems more around whether the die used to strike this cent had been aggressively abraded to remove a prior clash. It just means it is a proof coin that was in circulation. They are fun to find but have no premium as a proof due to the damage the coin has received.
