Hello again! Here I am back to the experts to ask help with identifying a possible penny error.

I'm not sure if it could be a lamination error or a DDR?! Or something else I don't know about yet!!

Thank you, per usual for all your help & guidance!

Plating bubbles. Not so much of an error as poor quality production. At this time there is no premium for such coins.

@aso, can you please tell us the date and mint for this cent? I'd like to add this information to the title as that helps with the CCF search functionality. Thx.

Could you provide close up pics of TAT in STATES and FG designer's initials?

One full coin pic front and back. If it is a 1999 it is a very nice WAM and Air-Tite capsule worthy.

Can you post full images of the obverse and reverse? We believe your coin to be a Wide AM. If it is, it's worth quite a bit of money. https://www.lincolncentresource.com/wideams.html

to verify a WAM cent, we need 2 important images.
1. a close up of TAT of 'states'
2. a close up of the FG initials

And I'd say a third: A picture of the obverse to make sure it is really a '99.
