2018 Dime Error? Or Damage? - Coin Community Forum

I found this coin today and I fully believe this to be a very rare error coin. Unfortunately I don't know this to be true. It's not in the best of condition but the blob face is not from any kind of wear. It's raised beyond typical minting. I see no evidence of metal being added to the coin or anything shady. Please check your camera settings are set to Medium quality. If it uses compression use 70%, it's perfectly fine for the internet. For file type please use WEBP if your phone has it, otherwise JPG.
