jfeed Pillar of the Community United States 1324 Posts	Posted 10/24/2024 6:17 pm I pulled out my Dansco albums since I haven't looked at them for many, many years and started looking at the quarters first. I think this one is a 1776-1976 S Proof DDO-001. The date, mint mark and IGWT have the markings in my opinion. I'm not good at attributing quarters so I'm asking for help. I don't see any of that here. Also, the mint mark position doesn't look like a match for DDO-001. Your photos are excellent, by the way! =) Report this Post to the Staff

That being said, I see some of what you are seeing but it's not listed. It could be a later stage proof with deterioration and or lighting issues too, not sure. When I put them together several years ago, I wasn't concerned about errors, etc... I just wanted to find the best example of each coin as possible.
