The 1931-D is the second toughest Lincoln of the 30s, after the 1931-S. For your viewing and grading pleasure today is two examples- one a lightly circulated example with some protected luster remaining in a late die state. The downside is the numerous contact marks.
The next example will probably find its way into a Lincoln set once I get around to starting one. A good bit of mint red remains on this one.
